Consultation Interfaith CarePartners®' personnel consult with congregations and agencies, including hospitals, nursing homes, and retirement communities to provide resources and assist communities to develop Care Team® programs. Interfaith CarePartners®' staff will visit with agency personnel to: - Outline details of the Care Team® program
- Assist in encouraging local congregational support
- Train staff to implement and administer a Care Team® program
- Provide program infrastructure, manuals, and other training materials
- Provide continuing consultation as the program develops.
