Who We Serve

Intro picture

We lead volunteers in becoming informed partners in care.

We serve people who are not fully able to care for themselves and their primary caregivers in partnership with congregations with the award-winning Care Team® program.

We help congregations to form a Care Team® of volunteers who provide practical assistance, companionship and breaks to family caregivers. We introduce volunteers to tools and teach skills to serve weakened and vulnerable people in ways that enhance their lives.

There are four types of teams dedicated to care for special populations:

Interfaith CarePartners also provides caregiver support groups – Common Ground: Caregiver Conversations and caregiver educational conferences.
