We need others in all seasons of life.
Interfaith CarePartners serves people in physical decline who remain cognitively intact. These persons affected by debilitating disease, physical trauma, or advancing age receive in-home care and assistance from volunteer teams working in pairs or small groups, supported by professional staff.
Whether providing simple companionship, practical help in everyday tasks, emotional or spiritual encouragement, or caregiver respite, a Second Family Care Team® acts as an “extended family” of supportive friends to those with physical challenges, as well as their primary caregivers.
“I am very grateful to the Second Family Care Team! I don't worry or get anxious because I know I can have help and moral support from the volunteers. God bless all of you!″
