While the Care Team® program is limited to greater Houston, Texas, with the personal support of our professional staff, we understand that other communities can benefit from a team methodology and structure in local congregations.
We provide counsel and instructional materials to create a caregiving team in your congregation or program in your community. If you wish to start a caregiving team; or are interested in learning more about how to organize a caregiving ministry, please fill out this form and we shall send you a log-in to our Resource Exchange page.
We are eager to provide you with our experience and expertise but would like to stay in communication with you to learn from you, share ideas and best practices, helpful resources, teaching tools, and other information that might contribute to everyone’s caregiving activities.
So give us the requested information in the form below. A confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions on how to access the Resource Exchange area where you can download instructional materials. If you would like to request an expanded and printed version of these materials, please contact Earl Shelp, Ph.D..
