Through our AIDS Care Team®
Our first Care Team® model was designed to serve persons with HIV/AIDS. Enhanced therapies and government social services allow these individuals to live longer, more self-sufficiently and independently, than ever before.
AIDS Care Team® members are ready to offer in-home social, emotional and practical support to persons with HIV/AIDS and respite to their caregivers.
