Mutually caring relationships are the heart of all we do. |
Every Interfaith CarePartners Care Team® group is formed in collaboration with a local faith congregation. The church-based and synagogue-based volunteers enjoy relationships with “partners” needing care. They create a sense of family and mutual care that make our teams so special and effective. Care Team® projects express a congregation’s desire to care for others in God’s name.
We help congregations form teams, teach and facilitate teams, and provide resources for caregivers. We guide congregations to create and maintain these special caregiving relationships.
If you are interested in forming a Care Team® in your family of faith, contact us. We welcome the opportunity to connect with your congregation and its priest, minister, rabbi, or spiritual leader. E-mail sent to Interfaith CarePartners is answered within 24 hours.
“If it were not for my Common Ground friends and the facilitators of the meetings and the Love of Jesus Christ, both my Mom and I would not have ventured out into the world to find new places, new resources and new friends to share with.”
