Employment Opportunity

There are currently two positions available:


President/Executive Director: The President/ED ensures the organization has the resources and direction it needs to successfully fulfill its mission, and is responsible for CarePartner’s effectiveness and for managing its operations. The ED reports to the Board of Directors and is accountable for guiding the mission, ensuring financial stability, leading expansion, supervising staff, developing programs, advising the Board and engaging the community.

Director of Development provides support and reports directly to the President in development, marketing, and relationship-building with constituencies. Responsibilities include: Development of funding proposals, management and donor identification, cultivation and stewardship. This position also includes marketing and public relations. The Director of Development will be expected to represent CarePartners at public events, and will interface with community agencies and various religious organizations. Other responsibilities, duties and tasks as assigned.


Requirements: Bachelor's degree, experience in fundraising (3-5 yrs), knowledge of donor management software such as Donor Perfect, strong verbal and writing skills (writing samples will be required during the interview process), and the ability to represent the mission of the organization professionally.
