Other months at the lunch-and-learn seminar, the topics are more emotional, like how to support family members who are showing signs of dementia.

These groups give those suffering from Alzheimer's disease or another dementia an opportunity to take part in energizing physical, social and memory-stimulating activities. Gathering Place meetings also provide care givers with a few hours of well-deserved respite.
